The api switch from Spigot To Paper

I decided to switch recently because of optimization and spigot being outdated
i now prefer to use [paper](https://papermc.io/) as it has things like intergrated MiniMessage and component support for almost everything making it easy to customize and make text look good, also components allow you to press messages, translate keybinds for example `<keybind.jump>` in the chat would look like `space` and it also allows you to add hoverable text.

There also has been a [new announcement](https://forums.papermc.io/threads/1-21-7.1635/) from paper where they're adding dialogs which look awesome as fuck.
